My metabolism isn’t shot, so that’s good. 🥳
A week ago I was about 113-ish lb and this morning I’m still 113-ish lb. It’s good. Last week I blew off the diet to celebrate special occasions and needed nutrients to fight off a sinus thing.
So I still ate healthy, but I also indulged without much reservation and, with only a lot of walking most of those days because that’s how I get around, my weight stayed stable.
This is actually pretty good news because the truth is that even after physical therapy I may never be able to regularly work out again like I used to. It means that once I get back down to my goal weight i’ll be able to keep it off while still enjoying my life — because I like food 😜
