Why do I keep getting a pain on my ribs after I work out?

I stop for weeks, but it comes back. Back pain too, but it's mostly on the right side. It's scary because I have health anxiety.
It’s probably muscle tears which is normal and means you are getting stronger but if you’re nervous about it you can talk to your doctor

@Thisdoesnthavmygender You are probably right. I have health anxiety, so little things make me think I'm very sick.
