What are your goals for yourself this upcoming year?

One of my 2022 goals is to prioritize my health.

Still waiting to hear back from physical therapy scheduler. As soon as I can see a PT I can stop lounging and figure out an exercise plan that doesn’t re-injure myself.

I miss when I didn’t have to think about stuff like this because I was busy every day walking all over the place living my life. I miss hula hooping , hiking and jogging without this little worry I’ll be in excruciating pain for days after. Knowing even walking on my treadmill too long could get me glued to the couch 😞 bah..

In the meantime I’m just skipping breakfast and being more conscientious of what I eat. The Monk fruit sugar and Instapot / Air fryer gizmo will help. Keeping ready-made salads on hand has also been helpful. Trying to do this thing where once a week I give myself a day off from being aware how many calories are in a single slice of bread 🤣

Just got my talking scale set up. 120 lb. 😬 Gained 10-15lb plus muscle loss in the last 3 years between the surgery recovery, leg injury, and Covid house-cat-ness. Also got myself a tape measure, but haven’t taken those numbers yet.

No goals or plans, they are a waste of time when life is a bastard lol. Just move in a forward direction as best I can.

Moving forward in general is a pretty good goal I think 🤔 @ravenwind43

@WhateverWorks That is if you're actually moving forward.

I don’t like to project on other people because you never know what’s going on in their life or where they’re at, but I’m a big believer in tenacity @ravenwind43

@WhateverWorks Yea it's great. You can be strong as hell but it doesn't make life better. It means you survive. :)
