Eat what you need, move your body. Burn more calories than you take in. That will effect weight loss and muscle strength. If it doesn't, talk to your physician about what might medically be blocking you from losing weight.

I don't trust any of those diets. I have a lot of friends on weight watchers who did much better. You do have to change your eating habits forever

I did, I didn't think it was that effective for me at the time. I did better on WW it worked like a charm
