What kinds of public places have the worst bathrooms?

Oh man...Walmart's bathrooms are some of the absolute worst I've seen in terms of cleanliness 🤮.

I remember when I quit smoking, having my body cleared out, my sense of smell was heightened. I walked got into Walmart and was struck with an insanely strong urine smell. I was a good distance away from the bathrooms.
So my answer is Walmart and grocery stores.
