Have any of you ever thought about an upcoming surgery so much that you make yourself nervous?

I have already had 3 upper and lower endoscopes before. Nothing went wrong but I am nervous as hell. Then my Covid test came back bad. So I am not sure if they still want to do this on the 19th. I make my situations worse by thinking about stuff for too long.
