I can’t seem to stick to my diet, I keep doing it and failing, any tips or advice?

How much does it mean to you?

@Myocite the only time it ever meant something to me was when I was at school because I wanted people to like me and I would follow through with it and lose a lot of weight. But because of things I’ve been doing school from home and I’ve gained weight and seem to not follow through with it at all even though I try and try. I guess it’s because I don’t have the social pressure anymore or won’t for a while. But I’ve never really cared about my weight much before school social problems. However I do like the aesthetics of being skinny. So to answer your question my diet means to me my social life when I start having one again I guess so it is kind of important but at the same time I’ve kind of stopped caring about what others think so I’m not sure what to answer to your question but I kind of understand what you mean.

@MightyLion I've been through a lifetime of weight issues and eating disorders. I was 250 for decades. Look at my pictures and videos. You have to want it more than anything else, and for YOU- not anyone else.
