I can't seem to sleep tonighy and I don't know why. What do you do when you can't sleep?

Well I am on disability so losing a night's sleep here and there doesn't bother me. But if I really want to sleep, I watch a massage video. That usually does the trick

What do you mean on disability? @RqckStqrzhquse I'm sorry. I sometimes don't have a good nights sleep either.
Massage videos are cool, but my mind is too wild for those.
