@SW-User 🤣 Dude if you're philosophically inclined you should philosophize about how Project Veritas has been repeatedly caught lying through their goddamn teeth to get clicks from gullible people mindlessly following youtube algorithms.

@SW-User So there's a common belief that liberal media is fake news, and it lies all the time.

When Roy Moore was going under for sex scandals, Project Veritas decided to prove that these sex scandals were fake. They paid Jaime Phillips to fabricate a claim that Roy Moore had sex with her when she was 15 and he'd paid for multiple abortions. Idea being the Washington Post would print the story and she'd go "GOTCHA".

The WaPo investigated the story and found out she was a paid operative in like five seconds because the entire grift was incompetent.

I'd link sources but just google Jaime Phillips Project Veritas, its all over the place.

That's one example.

What Project Veritas does is they do 'sting' operations where they try to entrap people. Or what they'll do is they will record long videos, and then deceptively edit them in order to prove that some conservative talking point was true all along.

Like, just look up criticisms of this organization and see if you can appropriately answer them. James O'keefe is a grifter.

@CountScrofula all media that is funded by a government or a politics party is fake news including conservative media. It is called conflict of interest.

I heard something about wapo but wapo is owned by Bezoz, so it already has a bad reputation.

I have heard about something related to wapo, but I didn't look into it because wapo is already a fake news site, so I didn't even watch the footage.

BTW, project veritas has not shown anything we don't already know. We already know that the vaccine is killing and maiming people. The video shows nothing unpredictable to even be questioed

An anti vaccine march just happened in Delhi on 18 sept. Vaccine damage is common knowledge now.

Also, just a friendly advice, if you wanna appear credible, don't suggest anyone to google anything. We already know google to be a beyond evil at this point

@SW-User All media has its issues but you are not engaging critically if you dismiss it immediately.

I hate Jeff Bezos. Washington Post has done some very bad things in the past and I am critical of them.

However, I also understand they follow journalistic ethics. They do not 'make up' stories, and they do real investigative work.

You need to apply the same level of scrutiny to all media. Not give Project Veritas a break when Washington Post is somehow corrupt.

Otherwise, you are just mindlessly finding things that agree with you, and not actually behaving like a free critical thinker.

The key is to know the bias, the flaws, and the process of each media organization. Not just go "Well Jeff Bezos owns it so therefore everything they print is a lie"

Be critical, not just turn your brain off.

@CountScrofula let me say it again. It is called conflict of Interest. Bezos controls so much assets that it is doubtful if anything is happening in opposition to his will.

Yes, anything wapo posts should be viewed with extreme skepticism.

In comparison. Keefe does not seem to a part of the ruling class, which is obvious from the fact that he keeps getting banned on social media platforms.

Finally, I am not an avid consumer of the media (no TV, no netflix, no movies, no video games). I know the ground reality because my father is a senior doc (anesthesiologist) at our local hospital, which is within walking distance. I don't need to watch the media for medical news, because my father was at the epicenter.

Similarly, here in India, communities are very tight knit, so you don't need to watch TV to find out about vaccine damage. You hear stories anyway. People who don't have a lot of friends, family, and neighbors can be fooled because they would rely on the media.

I don't watch the media to find out anything. I watch it only to see which outlets are reporting the truth.

Do you understand what I am doing here? I am merely looking out which outlets are telling the truth and which ones are part of the propaganda.
