Does anybody experienced arm swelling after vaccination?

Just got my first Covid-19 vaccine shot on friday and it caused a red lump where I got my shot?

The only side affect I had from first shot was a sore arm for two days. My wife's vascular surgeon had the same affect and did not perform surgery for those days. He told her not to get the J&J vaccine due to her blood issues.
