I can't do math help
So I literally can't do math it's just a mental impossibility for me I see the numbers and just panic it makes me feel so stupid I know I'm not but that's how it makes me feel sometimes

Go back to basics. Work on real simple addition like 4+2 or 8+1 and when you're confident move onto subtracting. Next try large numbers or where to have to carry numbers. Then when you've mastered that work on multiplication then division. Finally learn your order of operation. Good luck.
