As others have said, you need to see your PCP or a gastroenterologist. If you suffer from anxiety, that could be a contributing factor. A friend of mine had the same issue and went through test after test. A nurse figured it out while she was in the hospital and put her on anti-anxiety medication. It worked. But, if it's not that, could be hiatal hernia, acid reflux, gall bladder, etc. Any number of things could be causing it. It's not something you should ignore.

Instead of posting about it on here for guesses and suggestions, see your doctor.

I have been trying to eat less and eating more, but that makes no difference. I just end up puking it up again. Not all the time, but like once or twice a day

My doctor says my gag reflex is too active and throwing up is not always a problem but it happens and I have been trying to limit it but once I start gagging, it's unstoppable
