How’s her mask mandate going w/ the two factions?

Oregon’s Governor re instated a mask mandate in her state even if you’ve been vaccinated.
How’s that working out with ANTIFA and The Proud boys when they meet? Social distancing apply? Or are the police not going to enforce her mandate?
