what products or supplements could make my thumbnails look normal again
i regret that i've abused my thumbnails for years through having bad nerves, i've bit them, picked at them etc and now they have grown back deformed looking, one thumbnail is half nail, half skin, where no nail grows.
seriously, is there anything i could take to make my nails grow out and look normal again or at 43 years of age, have my thumbnails had it now?
