I really think im beginning to die guys.

I'm feeling worse today than ever. I had a big heart palpitation at work and I felt like I was going to pass out. I just feel tired and weak and my stomach is messed up. I feel like I want to throw up

@apersonnamedit I think it's best. You weren't feeling good yesterday either. You know something is wrong. It won't go away on its own. You should probably head over soon before it's too late.
