For anyone who's interested in spiritual healing modalities. I've found Reiki training to be an invaluable education of learning mental techniques to aid in the healing of mind, body and spirit. It did cost some money (I paid 125 dollars for my level 1 training many years ago.) but you are paying for the trainers time not so much their guidance. That's how I see it anyway. There are many practitioners to get a treatment from first if you are interested in finding out more about it. There is a registry though I'm not sure how to find it to find legitimately trained emotional and psychic healers. It takes a basic but more structured laying on of hands approach all the way to an advanced level of what is called in Reiki as spiritual surgery. It has helped me immensely work through severe trauma and emotional difficulties, deep depression and I find greatly enhances creativity and relaxation, stress reduction.
@MougyWolf i wouldnt know, but the power music has is pretty obvious and also scientifically proven to influence your brain functioning and stuff. i dont know anything about the frequencies though.
