Anybody done sleep study ??

I was at a sleep study last night to determine what sleep issues I have. It sucked !!! How can you sleep when you feel like you are wrapped in Christmas lights ! UGH !!!
Anyone else have this kind of experience?

I suffer from sleep apnea.
I had to go through a night connected to a sleep monitor.
For the past year and a half I have been sleeping with a CPAP mask on my face.
