Hillary, Congress will continue to do nothing like they pretty much have done with Obama. Disfunction will continue. The way it looks currently Trump will end up being found guilty than Clinton. I think the "stink " of breaking real laws is all over Trump.

Maybe Gary Johnson is our best option??

Odd concern, since Congress"authors" (with heavy help from lobbyists) and creates the law, why is there this fear of anyone besides a Republican in the White House. The President just administers the laws Congress creates.
