if you have hair on your legs as a male should you shave

i have quite a lot of hair on my legs...when i go the gym i see quite a lot of men who have smooth hairless legs, so they must wax or shave the hair....is it ok to have hairy legs?

It's a matter of personal preference. Personally, I shave my public, chest, and facial hair, but not my arm hair and leg hair. Body hair is traditionally masculine, so it's very normalized to just let it grow. If you're not sure, just try it out and look at your body in a mirror. Worst case you don't like it and it grows back in a week anyway.
