Any tips to make hair grow faster?

I did the mistake to cut my long hair and really regret it…
I massage my scalp, use oils on scalp and my ends, try to avoid heat as much as i can and use heat protection when it’s necessary… also taking supplements for hair, is there anything else that can help?
