Then to finish it off with Olaplex oils on my ends to keep them healthy without splitting or drying out...

i just got my hair done and the hair stylists were talking about how important it is to use conditioner. they ask people what they use and if someone doesn't use conditioner, they can tell by the health of the person's hair. they said they shampoo, then put on conditioner and leave it on while they do all the other stuff doing in shower, so it is on the hair for awhile, then they rinse it out.

@AliceinWonderland Yes I leave on my regular conditioner for at least 3 minutes before rinsing out.
