Do any of you use Olaplex 3? Or K18 bond repairs for your hair? If so, which one do you use the most, and which one do you think is best?

I use both, but over the last few weeks I have been using Olaplex 3! My hair is long and healthy, I do alternate every few weeks or so, so I am trying them both! I did the whole 6 consecutive treatments with the K18 and did a couple of maintanense treatments, then resorted back to Olaplex 3 over the last few weeks, so I don't know I do like the Olaplex for now...I haven't trimmed my hair since July of last year, I'm planning on getting it trimmed in Febuary close to my Birthday, so Cheers here's to healthy strong long hair!
