Will my hair grow if it's heat damaged

WaryWitchWandering · 36-40, F
Yep, but it may break a bunch (and destroy length) if you don’t stop using heat tools on it.

Get a solid trim, and stop using heat on it. Use deep conditioning treatments to help keep cuticle sealed down.

Yes it will grow back.Using heat can be damaging and break hair clean off.Never use straighteners on a high setting or 200 degrees.175 degrees is better.Don't use products that contain bleaching agents.Use a good quality shampoo and then a conditioner. This will keep your hairs separated and help prevent breakages.Look at your brush or comb after using them there should be few hairs there and none is best.Don't force a brush through knotted hair.Detangle.

Do what I did and just shave it all off. Give it a fresh start.
