I rebleached my hair at the top and why did it turn out so yellow orange? I want to redo it but im afraid ill go bald

Maybe use a toner to neutralize the brassy tone. If you can't find that then dye your hair using a mild developer (vol 10, 3%) but don't bleach at this point. Or better yet get it professionally done.
