Ladies, hair up or down when sleeping?

I personally sleep with my hair tied up. It's long and I just find it more comfortable to tie it up. Also prevent as many knots to brush out

I have naturally curly hair. I condition it after showering and sleep with it loose each night.

@helenS The one with aluminum dried out my skin. The one without didn’t work. But I stumbled onto something that works perfectly for me as a summer deodorant:
