[image deleted]I’ve got some bone in country ribs in the oven right now. What I do is I inject w/ an 18g needle, hot sauce into the rib meat. Coat the outsides/a light mix of ketchup, maple syrup hot sauce and s&p. Wrap them tightly in foil, bake st 365f for 45 mins. Open the stove, turn it off and carefully peel back the foil. A minute or so later I discard the rendered fat. Putting more sauce on is optional.
Granted not appetizing looking but very tasty. But BBQ sauce is optional.
