Do you think bad habits come into your life for a reason?

I have a number of bad habits from my teenage days to now, fortunately I wasn’t a smoker when I was pregnant with my daughter Chiara, but until recently I was a smoker and I have my fears for my new pregnancy. I am now nine weeks pregnant and I have given up cigarettes, but what damage might I have done to my body that might impact on my pregnancy in some way?

Smoking van definitely do damage, but hopefully it will not have too much effect on your new baby. It can be very dangerous to you, as you are well aware. I hope you can do without them going forward for your own health and for Chiara and your new babies sake.

Lots of reasons not to, but you do look good with nothing but a cigar.

@jackson55 I have no idea! Probably I was worried about putting on weight

Thankfully by quitting you will have already negated many of the future potential negative side-effects :)
