I need to get a handle on my anxiety.
I never really acknowledged how bad this is. When I'm driving, I'm afraid to do ANYTHING for fear of inconveniencing someone.
But then on somewhat rare occasions, I get pissed off and drive dangerously.
It's completely unbalanced.
I think I need to just forget about what's behind me and focus on what's in front of me. But I have hangups there. 🤔
