Do you have a habit that's almost addictive?

My answer is yes. I am almost addicted to chewing gum. I chew so many a day. 😞

I do it because if i don't chew gum, i will start grinding my teeth because I'm thinking so many different things so quickly without a break.

You can try to chew fennel seeds instead of chewing gum....soon your habit will leave ...my friend tried that and it helped him

@SW-User Actually most of the time i use to share recipes of different food with my foreigner friends so i use to explain them everything in English!😅

@SW-User I’ve made a drink in the blender with fennel seeds, cardamom seeds and fresh mint and strained it to drink in the summer when it was really hot (I get overheated easily) and it’s amazing how quickly that cooled me down….felt a lot cooler.

@cherokeepatti just water and fennel seed.... actually that's good for digestion and when people go through muscle gaining process,they need to eat alot ..so digestion should be optimistic!
