I Am Trying to Break My Bad Habits

Just a few.
1. Being late to work almost everyday
2. Smoking cigarettes
3. Taking my clothes off and leaving them where i take then off at.
4. Forgetting to pay bills when they are due, so i am always late and paying late fees.
5. Staying up way to late when i have to work.

Theres a few more but thats about it 😅

1 being late work work is bad because that show's you are not reliable
2 Smoking that could be your nerves so you will have to find a way to calm down then the hurg to smoke might go away. Do you really want to stop smoking because if you do ask your Dr.
3 Well yes its your house and you should be able to take your clothes off anywhere you want . But it makes the house look dirty so make it a rules you take your clothes off in the bedroom only if you take them off anywhere else you will put $2.00 in a jar
4 set all your bills on your phone so you can pay them on your phone and set up your phone so it reminds you when the bill have to be paid.
5 Well bedtime sure be 10 or 11 pm if you get enough sleep you will get up on time well maybe you should have an alarm with two settings .
