is it a bad idea to get into the habit of getting your grocery shopping online

i've lived as a shut in for so long because of anxiety and psychological problems, i'm in my late 40s now and the mental health services are trying to help me with getting out and about more...and indeed that is my long term goal is to get out, overcome my paranoia and anxiety and build new relationships in the community.......but ive been getting into the habit of ordering my groceries online for the last couple of weeks, because it's convenient and easy.....but will this discourage me more from going out myself and getting my groceries??

with my computer indoors and the internet am i falling into the trap of staying indoors more and not going out, making it harder for me when i do have to go out? am i ruining my own plans of wanting to get out more and be around people?

Depends how you look at it.

If you're ordering groceries as a way to avoid going out, then yes it's probably a bad idea.

But if you're doing it to reduce one less stress in life enabling you to go out to places you choose, then it could be a good thing.
Thats ok :) dont stress its nbd
