How can I wear a diaper under my jeans and not have it be noticeable and have zero crinkling sound?

When wearing a diaper how can I put on my jeans without my diaper showing or making any sound when I walk?

they have clothlike backing for disposable diapers that don't crinkle but that takes out half the fun of being embarrassed.
