How can I wear a diaper under my jeans and not have it be noticeable and have zero crinkling sound?
When wearing a diaper how can I put on my jeans without my diaper showing or making any sound when I walk?

The only ones that will know you are wearing a diaper are the ones that you tell and or let see it. Most people don't hear the diaper crinkle if there is one, those wearing it hear it much louder because you know what your wearing and are scared others will hear. You just have to experiment with different diapers to see what works best. Also if you get your jeans one size larger, they really help hid the diaper too.

I have read many of your post and you are truly trying to understand yourself and figure this out. Everyone has their own ways of dealing with this. Since I have to wear 24/7 because of no bladder control, I have had to learn how to live and adjust to my padded underwear. I talk openly about it on boards like this, but in public I still keep it private. What type of underwear people have on, isn't something that I want to know or be shown in public, that is a private thing and personal thing.

@Checkingoutall I understand what you are saying now since I am now have been for a while have a very weak bladder control and I wear pull ups now 24/7
