Wasn't there something more on notifications as part of the avoiding needing parallel development of a an app?

🔔 Push Notifications directly on your phone, even if your browser is not running
📲 SW Icon on your App Drawer and (optionally) on your Homescreen
🤳 Directly Upload a Photo from your phone Gallery to your SW albums
💬 Share links/contents from other applications to SW
