I've been away for fourty days.

Things seem so different. I don't recognize anyone. There also seems like there is less activity.

*waves at you* Not so different. I come here and there is little content. I remember when I could go to EP and get lost in stories and in poetry for hours. IT was such a fine world. I don't understand why there is so little content here now. Is it a sign of the times? Of people? I am glad you have returned, my friend. Forty, baby.
I have some ideas as to why🙂 I'll not go into it. Maybe we just have to dig a little deeper to find those rare gems 🙂
@Quoththeraven: I would like to hear your thoughts. I have dug up to my eyeballs nearly. I desire content. *leaves grumbling* No one uses words hardly anymore. They like monosyllables or emoticons. *looks dissatisfied* If it weren't for my friends, I would likely be out of here.
I'll post a good one of you in a minute 😀
@Quoththeraven: What do you mean?
@PoetryNEmotion: I just posted a beautiful picture of a magnificent creature🙃
@Quoththeraven: The worm or the skies? LOL.
The worm! Isn't it gorgeous 😀
@Quoththeraven: No. I have seen much better-looking worms. Truth.
I concede that there are much better looking worms in the world, but this one I saw while on a run in the rain this morning. I noticed its tracks in the mud and felt it might be kind of a metaphor for life. You know crawling around blind in the mud. With me being the benevolent observer admiring the simple beauty of the moment.
Did that make sense or am I way out there?
@Quoththeraven: Hmmmm....Did you get a lot of sun today? LOL. No, I hear you. It is funny, but it makes sense. I am just glad you didn't step on it.
Not today but I have been🙂
