Reports feedback
As you may have noticed, you nowadays receive feedback to the reports you make about content and profiles. This wasn't always the case and in the early days reports were handled without feedback. We're making an effort to set feedback retroactively, which may mean you get a notification about what was done in response to the reports made many months ago. This merely means the feedback was just given. The action specified in the notification is likely to have been taken a long time ago, shortly after you reported the content.
