How do you post videos to your stories?

I don't know. Maybe someone here may be helpful

You can always get a youtube channel and post your own there so you can then post them here. That's the only way I've been told I can do it.

@Izzi1s: Izzi, I think you're missing the solution here. You can't directly upload them from your computer to here, that is true.

BUT, you can upload them from your computer to your free & private YouTube account and then link them here. Works perfectly.
