They don't allow uploading of videos
Only youtube can be linked.

get a youtube video and copy the blue link
come back here and click the picture- far left--- then look across the menu and use the insert video option.

@Izzi1s: Izzi, I think you're missing the solution here. You can't directly upload them from your computer to here, that is true.

BUT, you can upload them from your computer to your free & private YouTube account and then link them here. Works perfectly.
