Very unfortunate situation all around. Looking at the video, it appears that while she was certainly being verbally abusive and over the top, the Tim Hortons employee put his hands on her first and then other employees went into full beatdown mode on her. Be an interesting debate for a jury should this end up in court.

Yeah like a shit ton of people (mostly men) die in dumbfuck fights all the time. Barely makes the news bc it happens literally every single day. It's a tragedy but I don't really see any non-sexist/ageist reason why this one in particular is big news.

Reading the article I found about it, I agree. Starting a fight with employees over a drive through order when you have a serious heart issue just isn't smart. I feel bad for the lady's family more than anything.
