I'm not sure because no notification or message comes up. When I chose the picture, it just doesn't put it on

@Motleycrue667 I suspect you tried to upload directly from a site. This sometimes fails, as there are different kinds of encryption modes. News services are bad for this.

@Motleycrue667 You can bypass this problem by using the print screen feature which can then be edited within Paint.
