How does nudity work on SW

I've been off SW for quite a while and am back and saw a couple of nude pics and wanted to ask how does it work in general is it allowed and does it depend what the reason for sharing is?

Nudity is allowed but not closeups of genitals and no porn.
Also you must mark it as such.

@Magenta porn is in theory against the TOS, but it doesn't get removed when you report it

the TOS and enforcement of any part of it is very selective and arbitrary at best
