An interesting discovery. If someone uses vile language about you, and then blocks you, it seems to be impossible to report them. And yet the vile language is, presumably, still visible to others. A minor point, I suppose.

What did you do to earn the insults?
MartinII · 70-79, M
@MasterLee I'm not sure "earned" is the right word! I expressed opinions my interlocutor didn't like.

I have reported one or two for their misbehaviour - the most recent for attempted theft - and if upheld the administrators will block them for you; but the management really do need review the annoucement of that to you.

As written, and probably appears automatically, it implies you, the complainant, are at least as much to blame as the wrongdoer.

I reported someone after a warning that if he repeated the offence that what I would do. I must have got in just in time, because I found I was blocked afterwards - mercifully. As it happens, I have heard that that same person has warnings and other have found him equally offensive.

How about a direct message to one of the Admins?
MartinII · 70-79, M
@FreddieUK Thanks. Over the years I have addressed a few messages to the admins, and never had a reply!
