When does it become a relationship on here?

you can talk to a person for ten years and just be friendly or you could suddenly meet someone and hit it off there's no set time for such sentiments.. it's not about time but about mutual feelings and goals and intentions .. for some people it takes time to get to that place for others it's instantaneous... well obviously it takes some time but how much is up to them by them i mean whatever couple in question eh? lol
