Fascism is a political current, regardless of one's skin color they can be fascist if they adhere to those ideals (in favor of: dictatorial leader, centralized autocracy, militarism, forcible suppression of opposition, belief in a natural social hierarchy, subordination of individual interests for the perceived interest of the nation or race, and strong regimentation of society and the economy; opposed to: communism, democracy, liberalism, pluralism, and socialism).
Mussolini himself wouldn't be "white" either if you asked the average supremacist in the USA, and he surely was a fascist. He literally invented the term.
