We don't have it "Rougher" than women, but we have a culture for instance that essentially tries like crazy to comfort women who are sad and yet almost resents the prospect of ever doing the same for a guy.
I wouldn't say that means we're worse off than women though. The amount of bullshit that women have to deal with in our society is unreal.
