I am in Arlington, Texas.
A good place to live for close to 40 years. but not idyllic. Posed between Fort Worth and Dallas it is vying to become a tourism capital yet is the largest city in the state )by a huge population margin) without a public transit system!
They have hired a Super Bowl and this came up on a national scale. Now the brain trust are hosting upcoming Grand Prix racing and a FIFA World Cup! All in a major city that only began to feature adequate hotel volume in the last 10 years!
