I have reported many, and they just come back with other accounts. After a while it becomes pointless and you end up leaving the site because you get tired of fighting back

1. Being in disagreement with your viewpoints and on your posts isn't stalking, it's like mentioned by someone else here responding to your public post.
2. You're free to block anyone out of whatever reason, it's a feature given to us. If replies hits your sensitive ego it actually might be a better solution rather than creating a fake narrative on being stalked.
3. You can report if you think ToS have been broken however, you should be aware reporting something can be a violation of ToS in itself:

You will not submit false or inaccurate reports concerning members, posts or groups. Kindly use the report feature only for abusive, harmful, or harassing content, spam or scam, instances of self-harm or endangerment, or illegal activities.

I would block first before reporting. Once they start with the multiple accounts to get around the block is when it’s time to report.

reporting their stalking post under replies

What do you mean, they reply to most of your posts? That's not really staking though is it? If your posts are public they are open for any and all to respond.

@Magenta Could you answer the question?
4meAndyou · F
I block almost immediately if someone is bothering me.
RosaMarie · 46-50, F
Zero seconds. If I report, I'm blocking right away.
Tbh name dropping works as a last resort
