@dpoet I have been there. I dug my way out, but I can absolutely sympathize with you. I’m really sorry.
In my case, I treated it like debt. The worst debt with the most interest got my undivided attention (which was getting out of a horrific and toxic relationship). Everything else came afterwards. Like I reduced my cost of living to take a pay cut to do something else. It’s been a phenomenal adventure and life has really been going well, except the occasional inevitable crisis of illness, injury or death of my loved ones
