Unpopular Opinion: The People Who Brag About Never Blocking, Are Usually Also The Most Annoying! 😆

Ok hear me out before you yell at me! 😅

I know that some people simply don't block because they're just so kind and easy-going that no one's even trying to harass them, and those people are by no means annoying.

I am talking about the people who actually never block because they enjoy drama and arguments. They take most any opportunity to state that they've never blocked anyone, yet you always see them in arguments with other people who end up blocking them. They have no reason to block other people because they have no peace, and they want as many people as possible to argue with. If someone continues to instigate arguments with them, it basically makes them happy, because they can sit and argue with each other all day long.

They have no emotional investment in this website because they never had friends here, nor do they care about their own mental health. They are bored and to them any attention is good attention because it occupies their time and minds. Every argument is important to them, and when the other person blocks them, they consider it a win. They don't consider how those arguments might bother other people, because it doesn't bother them.

Overblocking is a wierd thing. I know people who have reached their limit and wish they had more. I can't imagine having a reason to block so many people.

@JimboSaturn I can remember someone here that would post their block numbers with a weekly update and would even talk about how they were keeping a spreadsheet to try to determine how many people had blocked them. Extremism from either end never presents itself as being very healthy.

@JimboSaturn That's because they block all fetish content too, and that content is basically endless on SW. I don't bother trying, I only block people who annoy me, whether it's directed at me or just their general posts which I find annoying.

@Magenta I have 60 blocked which I think is a lot. They are blocked because they argumentative and there is no hope a a fruitful conversation with them. Fetish stuff I just ignore.

@JimboSaturn Guys probably won’t get a lot of the messages that women do, especially the young women. Some of the things my younger friends have shown me…if there weren’t a block button I’d probably leave, and I know some who have.
