@NativePortlander1970 he was very "distant" when i saw him just 3 months before he died. didn't really engage the crowd. in fact some chick yelled out between songs (and we all heard it because it was a small venue) "say something!!!!" ....his reply was...."what do you want to say....you guys rock?" ....i just thought that wasn't cool and years later maybe i understand what his mind was going through

@beermeplease He was strung out on heroin then, something Courtney started him on, he ŵent to rehab after that, I'll tell you the rest tomorrow, tired, going to bed.

@beermeplease When Cobain died his childhood best friend did a documentary that proved that Love had him killed, Kurt had just left rehab and wrote a letter to his then toddler daughter, Frances Bean, to give to her when she was older why he was divorcing Courtney and filing for sole custody, she somehow found out and had him knocked off. Even though the door to his place was locked and could only be done by a key on the outside, like a deadbolt, the cops dismissed an unlocked window.
